Tim graduated from the University of East London in 1996 and founded Excel in 2013. Tim specialises in treating complex necks and backs, and developing highly effective exercise programs for his patients. As a 50 year old, Tim is committed to inspiring his patients in their all round health and fitness goals and has completed post graduate courses in Men’s Health.

Laura graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). She has over eight years of experience working in private practice (musculoskeletal and sports therapy) and in the private hospital system. Laura has completed post graduate courses in shoulders, spinal physiotherapy and Dry Needling.

Lawrence is experienced in treating work related and postural injuries, in particular, necks and backs. He possesses a strong interest in manual therapy, as well as in strengthening the core and gluteal muscles. He has obtained further qualifications in Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling, and regularly attends orthopaedic (post surgical rehab) conferences. He is currently the Physio for the Alexandria Dukes Rugby team.

Camellia has a strong physiotherapy foundation and a broad range of experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, hydrotherapy and neurological rehabilitation. She has worked at Prince of Wales hospital and has completed courses in Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling and has published an academic paper on neck exercises and neck pain. Along with our other physiotherapists she is Workcover NSW accredited.

Diana is a skilled and qualified remedial massage therapist with over 5 years of experience in sports, pregnancy, and deep tissue massage. She is also experienced in various holistic healing methods.

Adele is experienced as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher. Having come from a corporate background, she understands the impact that current work environments can have on an individual’s posture and well-being.
Jesse is very particular about technique and muscle familiarisation, and roots all his training, even HIIT, hypertrophy, or cardio, in the fundamentals of Pilates, opting for simpler movements over unneccessarily complex ones.

Jemma’s yoga classes are focused on increasing strength and flexibility as well as bringing about balance and inner calm, incorporating awareness of the Bandhas to create a strong, safe yoga practice.
